DELIVERY
- STANDARD: TO ALL UK BUYERS > delivery is standard UK 5-10 working days. this is a first class signed for royal mail service but we may not despatch your goods immediately especially at busy times.
We always try our hardest to send your order on the day it was ordered . (while royal mail strikes are in progress and for several days after the strikes expect further postal delays).
FASTWAY service is £6.99 -£9.99 but will guarantee a delivery within 1-3 days www.fastwaycouriers.co.uk this is usually a next day service but it is dependant on the time of your order in on availability.
- EXPRESS: We also offer a next day, signed for delivery service using Royal Mail, however we have to recieve the order by 1 pm to guarentee the service to be next day. AND SATURDAY DELIVERY IS RESTRICTED to orders that have been specially arranged.
Ring to check especially at busy times. we will do our best to send out on the day but please consider us at busy times.
- Next Day delivery for Saturday arrival cannot not be guaranteed, next day delivery orders made on a Thursday after 1pm may not get to you until the Monday.
- OVERSEAS: If your order is over 2kg you may need to pay more for the service. We do take Paypal for extra postage charges, so order as usual and if the parcel is over 2kg we will advise you of the extra fee.

REFUNDS / RETURNS part 1
- Please note - Colours and detail may vary slightly from the pictures shown.
- Returns - Should you wish to exercise your right to cancel, we must be notified by email or in writing, and the goods returned to our business address within seven working days, starting from the day after receipt of the goods. Please return ALL the packaging as the goods arrived .Without the packaging any form of refund is not possible . A full refund will only be given if the goods are found to be damaged or faulty but not if the damage or fault has been caused by the customer, (however if the goods are repairable we may offer to repair the goods then post back) we do not give refunds for sizing reasons. All goods purchased will be accepted for a refund providing they are returned within 7 days of purchase. Please contact us prior to returning the goods by phone for a return code, which you will need to classify for a refund. All goods MUST be returned unused and in their original retail condition and packaging (failure to do this, will result in a void claim for a refund) and returned to us using a trackable means of postage. All postage costs incurred during the return will be your responsibility, only the cost of the goods will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee. Once the goods are back in our receipt, they will be checked by our Returns Department to ensure their condition which can take up to 7 days to complete. Once all the above has been met a refund will be issued back to you by the means that you originally purchased.

- It always pays to order goods in good time.
- (postage is not refundable in cases were the customer has not given us reasonable time(1) to ammend a fault, but wishes for a refund of the goods. Also post and packing costs cannot be refunded if you are simply excercising your right to cancel.)
(1)(reasonable time is time enough to resend a product or replace one before your costume or accessory is needed. If you have ordered your goods too close in time of you needing it we cannot take responsibilty for the impact this has on sorting out any replacements or faults that time will not allow. If this is the case and a refund is requested the postage charge is not refundable.)

- We use "Royal Mail Signed For" and "Fastway". If you fail to collect a missed parcel the Royal Mail will leave a calling card and instructions for your collection. We take no responsibility for your failure to collect your parcel. If you fail to collect your goods from the postal depot and the goods are returned we cannot take responsibility for your goods. We also take no responsibility if you provide the wrong address information. If you give your address over the phone you must be clear on your post code, use the fonetic code if you can.
- NOTE!! ALL OUR GOODS ARE THOUROUGHLY CHECKED BEFORE THEY ARE DESPATED.
- Fancy dress costumes to buy can be made from flimsy fabric and they are not designed to last beyond a nights wear. The costumes priced for a fun night out not for the garment to last a life time. We do not refund if you find the goods to be see through or slightly flimsy.
- We do not refund for sexy costumes being too short or too see through. Buying purely to try on items is will not afford you refund. However deluxe costumes are designed with less flimsy fabric.
- We are unable to refund postage if the goods are returned for any other reason. Exception to the right to cancel will only apply if the goods are made especially for the customer.
- NOTE : If you give us the wrong mailing details on your order, we cannot accept responsibility for the order not reaching you. Please ring ASAP if the order needs ammending. We often despatch goods in a space of a few minutes of the order and take the original details as default.
- If you email your changes to the order these details may reach the wrong department too late.
Returns Policy - Cancellation Of Order .part 2
All goods purchased from Mr Bens Ltd may be returned for refund, exchange or replacement within 7 working days from receipt of delivery[*].
Before sending the parcel back to us, please contact us for a Returns Authorisation Number. You will be asked for the reason for the return including whether you will prefer a refund or exchange plus whether the item has been used. In addition, you will need to confirm your name, order number and postcode, so please have these available if you telephone. You will need to include this Returns Number with your parcel back to us as failure to do so may result in delay of any refund. May we please ask you to additionally note:
1. You must take care of our goods whilst they are in your possession and any item for return must be received back in its original shipped condition and original packing. The item must be without damage or use and in a suitable condition for resale. All original packaging should accompany any returned item. We cannot accept returns for exchange or refund if such items have been opened from a sealed package (Costumes do not typically come in sealed packages and you can try them on). All items will be inspected on their return to our warehouse.
We are not a manufacturer, so the whole product and packaging must be returned as the same condition as you would have received it and how you may expect to receive it. If the product or packaging is in any way missing or damaged, we cannot refund.
2. That you or your carrier are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse . Cost and Risk of return will be at your expense and we strongly recommend that you receive proof of posting or use Royal Mail's "Recorded Signed" service. You may like to opt for Royal Mail's "Special Delivery" service if a valuable item.
3. We regret that outbound shipping, packing and insurance cannot be refunded .
4. We try to make refunds within one week of receipt back to us though promise to make all refunds within 30 calendar days from receipt of goods to our warehouse. Please note that we will not be held liable for any interest payment that you may incur because any refund was made outside of your credit/debit card timescales.
5. Please return the goods to the address on the top of your receipt/invoice including the Returns Authorisation Number. Any returned items not including such information may well be delayed.
6. Any returned goods that we receive which are outside of this Returns Policy will be defined as 'In Dispute' . Such In Dispute items will not be refunded or exchanged. A reason for this decision will be provided. We are happy to re-ship such In Dispute items back to you, otherwise they will be destroyed within 91 calendar days from their receipt back to us.
7. We are sorry but due to false promises in the past, we are unable to replace or exchange an item until the original is returned to Mr Bens Ltd'. If you need an item in a hurry, we suggest you place a second order for the new item and send the original back at a later date.
Ord er Cancellation: Pre-Shipment
If you wish to cancel an order or part order transaction before it is shipped, please do so immediately via telephone, fax or via email. You will be given an order cancellation number based on the time and date of the cancellation including communication method of the cancellation. Cancellations made via email and fax will be timed at time of reading, not sending or receipt. You will not be charged any penalty whatsoever and your payment method will also be cancelled. If the order has been shipped, then the Post-Shipment cancellation will apply.
